Steps to successful reintegration
Registration and intake
Start by registering your employee through our registration form. If needed, we can also arrange a consultation and support from an occupational physician or physical therapist. Within two working days, we schedule an intake interview and begin creating a file.
Intake interview
During the intake interview, we conduct an introduction and provide a tour. We explain our house rules and provide the necessary forms for signing, such as a consent form and a health and safety checklist. If an interpreter is required for the intake interview, please arrange this yourself.
Regular updates and evaluations
You will receive daily updates on the candidate’s attendance, and we provide a weekly summary of hours worked. Additionally, you will receive a monthly progress evaluation. We also keep you informed of any significant developments by phone.

We assess each employee’s capabilities, whether they can do standing or seated work, and if a quiet work environment is necessary.
